Paul Bartak has been working with Db2 for z/OS since V1.2 as a customer and as a solution provider across industries. As a Distinguished Engineer, with Rocket Software, Paul is focused on the tools used to maximize z/OS platform value, with an emphasis in database administration & engine synergy, DevOps processes, and modernization. He supports multiple Db2 User Groups; has been a speaker at several IDUG, IBM Z Day, IBM TechXchange, and Insight/Think conferences; is a Redbook/Redpaper author; and IBM Champion.
