Sergei Osadchuk is a Staff Software Engineer at Broadcom with over 10 years of experience in mainframe technologies. Currently based in Prague, he leads the development of the Broadcom Database Management Solutions for Db2 plug-in for Zowe CLI and its accompanying VS Code extension. Since 2021, Sergei has been a driving force behind these projects, leveraging modern tech stacks like TypeScript, Python, and Node.js to build robust DevOps tooling. Before joining Broadcom, he worked as a test automation engineer at Rocket Software. Today, his mission is bridging the gap between traditional z/OS environments and modern IDEs through automation and open-source contributions.
